Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the typical timeline for an event flyer design?

Due to the volume of requests we receive on a regular basis, the standard return time for a flyer design is between 5-7 days. We have multiple rush options available for an additional fee.

2. What tools and technologies do you use?

For our design projects, we use Adobe Creative Suite. For our web projects, we use Webflow. We prefer to use webflow to design and develop our websites, but we can make special accomodations for other platforms, such as Shopify or Wordpress -- for an additional fee.

3. Do you use templates to create your designs?

No. All of our designs -- graphic or web -- are made from a blank canvas.

4. What are flyer credits?

Flyer Credits allow you to pre-order designs and send the information at a later date when ready. The credits are evergreen, so there's no timetable on when you can use flyer credits with us. Return time on these are typically expedited once the information is sent and confirmed.

5. What are your hours of availability?

We strongly encourage our clients to send orders Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 9am - 6pm. Weekend hours are very limited.

6. If I don't like my design or if services weren't rendered, am I allowed to recieve a fund?

Full Refunds are given if work is not completed or satisfactory to the client's request. However, refunds are not given if work was completed and the client changes the entire direction of the design after the initial design is made.

7. What do I need for the 1 on 1 design workshops?

To be able to fully participate, we ask that you have the latest version of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Creative Suite, Zoom, and a computer. Drawing tablets are also encouraged, but not mandatory.
